New Chef Joins The Siam, Bangkok

In an attempt to overcome predicted labour shortages, famous restaurant group have begun to use machines to prepare food for their catering service. Called Artificial Intelligence Cooking (AIC) machines, they can be programmed to cook many chinese dishes by simply adding the ingredients. TungLok group expects these machines to help increase their catering business by 15 to twenty percent. While probably not having the same taste as meals cooked by hand, bringing in the machines definitely makes sense business wise.
