Each salt has its own uniqueness and for Bali Bhairawa Fleur de Sel created in South Bali, it lies in its eco harvesting process. The salt farmer first spills ocean water over black volcanic soil and then leaves it out in the sun. When a thin crust has been formed, it’s transferred to a basin where more sea water is added. After distilling, the solution is left to be evaporated.
The surface crystals are Bali Bhairawa Fleur de Sel which are used in Bacchanalia’s gastronomic adventures. For more information, visit
