Samadhi Carnival: 16 Years of Samadhi

To commemorate Samadhi’s 16th anniversary, a carnival of entertainment and culinary delights will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2015 at Tamarind Springs. The public event will see the gathering of food and wine connoisseurs who will have the opportunity to taste more than 100 wines from around the world from 23 winemakers and enjoy over 60 sampling dishes from award-winning Samadhi restaurants. In addition, celebrity chef Wan will perform a live cooking demonstration where he will showcase his rendition of two Tamarind Springs’ dishes of Phnom Penh-style wagyu beef loc lak and Laotian sour chicken and coconut soup.
