Chef Eric Voigt of Birmingham Named 2015 Pastry Chef of the Year by American Culinary Federation (ACF) Eric Voigt, executive pastry chef of Big Rock Chophouse and The Reserve, was named 2015 Pastry Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association.

His award-winning dessert was a Meltaway Carmalized Chocolate with pineapple and cherry fancier. His first culinary positon was at Tribute Restaurant in Farmington Hills where he worked five years, with his final position as Executive Pastry Chef. Full story can be found at http://goo.gl/xK9uu8
