Molecular Gastronomy Workshop by Chef Martin Lippo World-renowned Chef Martin Lippo is conducting 2 sessions on Molecular Gastronomy at this year’s Asia Pastry Forum.

Held from 13th to 15th November 2015, Chef Lippo will cover pastry creations like Almond-soufflair with chocolate and coffee foam, Yogurt liquid spheres and Chocolate and coconut liquid bonbons. There will also be savoury inclusions, like Carrot and tarragon nitro sorbet, Dust of Margarita pizza and Shrimp taco-crepe-souffle.
