Singapore Pastry Team Comes in 2nd Place in Top Patissier in Asia 2015

Held on 27th - 29th September in Tokyo, Japan, the competition saw 7 teams from around Asia competing side by side to present their best showpieces. Our Singapore Team did us proud and won the 2nd Place, bringing back the title as 1st Runner-up in this prestigious competition.
The chefs who represented the nation were:
•Team Pastry Chef, Ben Goh, Pastry Chef from Intercontinental Hotel Singapore
•Team assistant, Chef Tiffany Yeo, Pastry Chef from Grand Copthorne Water Front Hotel
•Team Manager & Judge, Chef Kenny Kong, Executive Pastry Chef from Resorts World Sentosa
