Kenwood Masterclass with Chef Raymond Blanc

On 19 September, Singapore Junior Chefs Club crowned their first Singapore Top Young Chef Grand Champion. Portico Singapore’s Sherine Lim, beating 5 other competitors, bagged the title and was appointed the position of team assistant for Singapore National Team. The team will compete in IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany 2016 and Sherine will be invited to travel the region with all expenses paid.
