Sifu Shi Zheng Liang, a Master of Sichuan Cuisine in China, Passed Away on Wednesday An outpouring of condolences shocked the culinary industry as the passing of Sifu Shi Zheng Liang was announced earlier this week. He was tragically involved in a traffic accident on his way to a culinary competition. He was considered a Master of Sichuan cuisine, and left his mark on the culinary world with his untimely departure. Sifu Zheng Liang’s wake and funeral was held in Mianyang, China on Tuesday, 15 September 2015.
