The most anticipated time of the year is when Michelin stars are being awarded or removed from establishments around the world and something that all foodies will keep watch for. A basement sushi restaurant licenced to sell blowfish has gained three Michelin star rating in recent weeks and with that, Tokyo is now crowned as the city with the most Michelin starred restaurants. Perhaps it is the challenge in preparing such dishes that is gaining them the stars and popularity with many not willing to take up the challenge, since another restaurant that serves blowfish was awarded a star as well.
