Food You Would Consider Avoiding This Christmas

After gaining that extra few pounds from all the turkey at Thanksgiving, we can definitely use all methods to shed it. Dropping some of these foods would help, especially if you want to drop the weight in no time. Get rid of all breads! The more you you eat it, the more you want it. Avoid all alcohols including eggnog. Sugar is used in all alcohol, unless you want to try the new alcoholic hype with sugarless beverages. Drop the cheeses as well. They are high in fat content even though they offer you the proteins. Definitely a no-no to fried food even if they are fried with olive oil as well as all the candy canes where sugar will turn into fats. Tolerate and bear with it, and your rewards will be much more than your losses.
