NZ wine company raises NZ$2m in 11 days, setting a crowd-funding record

Singapore-based hospitality firm, Bonavest, has purchased the Four Points by Sheraton Perth hotel for a huge sum of $91.5m. One of the biggest hotel deals in Australia’s west coast, the transaction is the second most expensive hotel deal to happen in the region, surpassed only by the $97m paid for the Hyatt Centre in 1996.
