Boss of the Restaurant Group lambasts living wage critics

Danny Breithaup, chief executive of The Restaurant Group, has expressed his anger over the negative reaction that some businesses have had to the rise in minimum wage. He disagrees with claims that the new minimum wage laws will have companies cutting jobs to offset the cost, and instead argues that workers on higher wages will be happier and more productive, leading to less staff turnover and less money spent on hiring and training.
