This concept is no stranger to countries like Japan, Korea and a few others to name a few. Diners are infused with the theme of dining with these feline creatures purring and strutting cat walks around you. Although not new to the globe, Singaporeans can finally look forward to such a café with plans to open at Boat Quay. This would definitely be a yay for cat lovers but a nay for those who own cats because this is not pet café whereby your pet cats can pay a visit to. A more pressing issue though, would this concept get past the strict regulations of the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore?
