Seafood sustainability a growing concern in Singapore Sustainable seafood is catching on fast here in Singapore, with the number of suppliers certified by the Marine Stewardship council more than tripling over the past few years. Besides the ten suppliers that currently have been certified by the MSC, two major hotels – the Hilton and Grand Hyatt, have also received approval from the MSC for serving sustainable seafood at their restaurant outlets.
