Renowned Russian eatery Shashlik is set to close at the end of this year once its lease runs out. Having been in operation for thirty years, Shashlik is renowned for its borsch and steak, as well as being one of the few remaining places to offer tableside service. However, the restaurant may see a revival, as Ms Jenny Lee, partner of the restaurant, says that they were open to selling the business, which would come with a book of heritage recipes that they accumulated over the years.
