Local celebrity chef Violet Oon is set to open a new restaurant at National Gallery, joining the likes of Italian restauranteur Beppe di Vito and star chef Julien Royer. The menu of the new eatery will revolve around local Singaporean and Singapore-inspired dishes, and about seventy percent of the menu will be similar to what is served at her first restaurant, Violet Oon Singapore, while the remaining dishes will be specially crafted for the new eatery.
