A traditional Kaiseki experience starts at Shun Ka Shuu Tou, a two year old start-up located in Amara Hotel, which prides itself on dishing up affordable fine Japanese cuisine that is as unique and true to its Japanese roots. The name of the restaurant is a literal translation of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and the menu stays true to this name, changing every month based on what ingredients are in season.
