Tunisian hotel staff despair as Foreign Office urges British tourists to leave

In the wake of the beach attack that claimed the lives of thirty-eight people, the British Foreign Office has urged all British tourists to leave the African country through emergency flights. This exodus of tourists is likely to cripple the country’s fledgling economy, and leaves many Tunisian hotel staff devastated, fearing that they may be laid off. However, many tourists feel that the British government may be overreacting to the issue, with tourist Alex Neve-Vince saying that he would “definitely go back to Tunisia,” and “It’s not the country’s fault, all everyone did was apologise to us, for something that’s not their fault.” Find out more at:
