London Fat Duck? You might perk up your ears upon hearing this name and assume that we are referring to The Fat Duck. Wait, before you get giddy with glee and excitement, let’s get the facts straight - the London Fat Duck, which has made its debut in Scotts Square in Singapore bears no relation to Heston Blumenthal’s vaunted restaurant. While both names might be highly similar, they definitely dish up different cuisines. The London Fat Duck that we are introducing serves your typical Hong Kong comfort food, including delicious Cantonese dim sum, porridge and wanton noodles.
