Spa Esprit Group launches revolutionary community food project

An exciting new collaboration between the Spa Esprit Group, celebrity chef Ryan Clift, and acclaimed food garden specialists Edible Garden City, Open Farm Community (OFC) launched on 7 July at Dempsey Hill. This unique space aims to provide the public an opportunity to learn about food and its role in a modern eco-system. Its restaurant also features an open-concept kitchen, where Chef Clift will be whipping up innovative dishes focused on locally sourced, seasonal produce. Every month, curated farmers markets will also give guests the opportunity to learn about and purchase simple, freshly harvested ingredients. Find out more at
