Greek hotel and restaurant bills to skyrocket in response to debt crisis

In the wake of Greece’s crippling debt crisis, one that could send Greece crashing out of the Eurozone, new plans to double certain taxes to fight the nation’s mounting debt means that tourists could face large hikes in restaurant and hotel bills. However, Greek restaurateurs and hotel owners are strongly against the tax hike, with some calling it a “kiss of death” and the “premeditated murder of tourism”. Read more at:
