With sushi chefs from acclaimed Japanese restaurants all over Singapore in attendance, sushi masters Masayoshi Kazato and Masayoshi Goto imparted their prodigious knowledge to attendees through the extremely informative seminar. The workshop also featured a host of demonstrations, where Chef Kazato showed participants how to properly clean, slice and shape the perfect sushi.
