Morsi & Sorsi Makes Its Debut

We have given a sneak on the opening of Morsi & Sorsi and it is now open for business in the CBD area to serve all the collared employers and employees. This new Italian ‘Stuzzichini’ outlet will set diners into a new world with Gattopardo’s Chef Lino Sauro, presenting his diners with contemporary Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The opening of Morsi & Sorsi is an inspiration brought to Chef Lino’s in his recent trip to Italy during summer where he came across a similar concept at the airport and is hoping to bring such a concept to the sunny island. Highlights of the menu include Don Bocarte Anchovies served on a thin slice of Frittata bread and the Fish in Carpione entails a lightly cooked snapper served in brine and onions for a little sweet and sour zest. For something Italian and more filling, gobble down on the Beef or Vegetarian Homemade Lasagne rich in flavours of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. If you would like to cut down on some weight, then dig into the Vitello Tonnato, giving you a salad kind of image but with veal slices just to provide that protein in the diet. If you are rushing for time, at least grab a Panini that is freshly toasted. We assure you that the food served is fresh to the table and definitely affordable as an alternative to food courts!
