Finally A Stand For Chinese Cuisine Funny how a Chinese chef is bringing in European flavours to the Chinese. Is he incorporating any hint of Chinese in his cooking? Like many others, Chef Yao Yang started out from studying business-management in Ireland in hopes of being a white collar to pursue the dreams set by his parents. However, when he worked part time in a kitchen in Ireland, he has since fallen in love in the ability to create magic with food. After years of hard work, Chef Yao has embarked on a journey in his own restaurant where he opened a Spanish-styled restaurant in Beijing, China. It took him some time to discover the wonders of fusion in Western and Eastern cooking but he has definitely gotten into the good books of his fellow Chinese nationals with his European menu. In order to keep his restaurant popular, he has published cook books as well as taking part in talk shows where he has learn the skills of infusing Chinese elements into his Western dishes.
