Disaster looms for luxury hotels in the French capital after a catastrophic first quarter. Partly to blame were the Charlie Hebdo terror attacks, which scared off foreign visitors, which traditionally make up almost all of these hotel’s clientele, and some hotels even saw more than $450,000 worth of cancellations.
