Nahm, named best restaurant in Asia by San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna;s 2014 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, will be participating in the inaugural Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle, which sees 37 of the world’s most respected and creative culinary talent participate in a unique global restaurant 'swap'. As part of this, Chef David Thompson, will be leaving his kitchen and offering it to a mystery chef who will prepare an eight-course menu using the products and inspiration they find in Thailand.
