Students from Culinary Institute of America, Singapore organised and executed a paired 5-course dinner for 100 guests, replete with a silent auction of some of the institute's wines and pottery pieces by local artists. The event, entitled "Grandfather Paradox", put a contemporary spin on Singaporean classics.
