Chef Sean Sherman is bringing back indigenous recipes in a bid to revive Native American food culture. Cleverly titled the Sioux Chef, a play on the term “sous chef”, Chef Sherman currently runs a catering service and offers educational demonstrations, with plans to open a restaurant, start a food truck, and write a cookbook.
