Guests were treated to by delicious food, complemented by glasses of Bottega’s finest wines at the Bottega Be A Star Night, an exclusive, by-invite-only event organised by gourmet purveyor, Giorgio Ferrari, at the Oyster Bar at Customs House. Mr Sando Bottega, President of Distilleria Bottega, was also there to unveil Bottega’s newest and finest sparkling wine yet, the Bottega Stardust, which proved to be the star of the show, no pun intended. Encased within an exquisite black, crystal-studded bottle, the wine exhibited fine, persistent perlage, with soft peach, citrus and floral flavours. These were further accentuated by a very delicate almond note and a lingering, smooth mineral finish.
