WGS 2015: A Night of Escoffier Redux The Tippling Club presents the King of Chefs: an exclusive six-course dinner by chef-owner Ryan Clift, as a homage to Auguste Escoffier, the legendary french restauranteur, chef, author, and culinary icon.
