It is never easy to attain a Michelin star, much lest talk about maintaining the stars. Chef Umberto Bombana is getting the jitters with the thought of Michelin Red Guide 2014 releasing soon. As the chef of the only three Michelin-starred Italian restaurant located outside Italy, Chef Bombana is pressurised with the thought of maintaining his three Michelin stars with high expectations help upon him to create only the best. Chef Bombana aims only at creating food for his diners with love and effort as well as technique to display the passion he has, leaving the rest to the taste buds of his diners. This is unpredictable and it is no wonder that Chef Bombana is worried of his stars.
