New Chef Joins The Siam, Bangkok

With effect from 16 November, The Siam, Bangkok will welcome new executive chef for a new culinary journey. Chef Jane-Therese Mulry has worked with Jason Friedman, general manager of The Siam previously and is ecstatic to be able to work with her once again. Chef Mulry has travelled to numerous countries and worked with some of the best hotels and restaurants around the world. She is one of the highly sought after chefs with skills that are high in demand. Chef Mulry will be taking charge of food from farm to table.
