A parliamentary bill tabled earlier this week (http://goo.gl/ICsuIZ) to place additional controls on the sale and consumption of alcohol might be a reflection of how the irresponsible actions of a few can impact the many, but need not negatively affect F&B outlets as licensing options are still available.
