Korean Chef Skilled In Many Cuisines But Ace In Mediterranean Cuisine

Pick a pita at Pikapita with freshly made pitas available for takeaway by in-house chef and co-owner, Chef Jaeho Kim. Chef Kim has worked in South Korea and Japan for eight years in totality but has always had that special attraction to baking despite having minimal experience. Being the young man of age 27, Chef Kim spends his time experimenting on baking recipes and miraculously, but unsurprisingly, he was successful in creating pita that is different from the Middle East and Mediterranean method. In order to suit the tastes of his diners, he has altered the recipe in adding different fillings, incorporating both Western and Asian influences. This didn't come as a surprise when Chef Kim is trained in French, Italian, Japanese and Korean cuisine.
