A Night To Be Had At TUGA Singapore
Patrons had the time of their lives this week as they dined at TUGA Singapore at a 4 hands dinner curated by Chef Kong KK, Vice President of the Singapore’s Chefs’ Association and Chef Luis Barradas of TUGA Singapore, made in conjunction with the World Gourmet Summit. Diners got to try delicacies and divine delicious food made by Chef Luis Barradas, who happens to be the new Executive Chef of TUGA Singapore and Chef KK, Executive Chef at Sentosa Golf Club and Vice President of the Singapore Chefs' Association.
The menu was a 6 course feast that saw Chef Kong and Chef Luis dazzle the diners with the best of Portuguese food, in creative and beautiful ways.The night went on with much conversation and laughter flowing just like the wines that accompanied the menu that night.
Diners also got to get pairings with an array of wines from vineyards all over Portugal.
