Celebrating 17 Years at Xi Yan with Chef Jacky Yu and Chef Heman Tan!  Xi Yan Singapore's 17th anniversary celebrations continues with celebrity chef Jacky Yu, and his first collaboration with Singapore's "Iron Man Chef" Chef Heman Tan.



From 5 - 10 Oct, the event's theme is on par with Singapore's National Day theme, "Stronger Together". and showcases 4 menus available for booking, including a super 6 course menu at $88++, a standard 8 course menu at $108++, and two premium menus available at $138++ and $168++. It includes great menu items such as the triple loaded ginger kampong chicken, the slow cooked beef brisket and tripe in herbal pepper soup, and the Happy Hour Spicy Tomato Broth fish. All of the menu items are curated by Chef Yu and Chef Tan.
