A Vegetable Celebration!
The World Gourmet Summit is proud to present the Celebration of Vegetables WGS dinner at Restaurant JAG on 23rd August, Tuesday! Available only on 4 Tuesdays, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August, the Celebration of Vegetables showcases 18 expressions at the table, utilising 25 different vegetables and fruits, all of which are from exceptional farms of Provence. Each expression highlights multiple textures of a single vegetable (at times 6 different textures) to demonstrate the versatility of the vegetables and their impactful flavours.
