Award Winning Chocolate Produced By Wild Sweets

Presenting the silver award winner at the 2013 International Chocolate Awards competition held in London, England: Wild Sweets, by Dominique & Cindy Duby. The International Chocolate Awards was launched in the name of recognizing quality fine chocolate from around the world. The judging panel consists of experts, food journalists and pastry chefs from the host country, overseen by a Grand Jury. The chocolate that won the hearts of the jury from Wild Sweets was the Certified Organic “Walnut, Fig & Fennel Seeds” chocolate bar. This is certainly not the first award for Wild Sweets with previous gold medals attained in 2012 as well as a couple of awards this year, including several gold and silver medals as well as overall ‘Top Chocolate Bar’ at the 2013 International Chocolate Salon in San Francisco, USA. Looks like we have a chocolate to keep in mind for Valentine’s next year.
