For ‘love at first bite’ - a Chilled Seafood Platter for Two, complete with Ikura-topped Fine de Claire Oysters, House-Cured Beetroot Salmon, Fresh Prawns and Fresh Clams. For the ‘main attraction’, we have your choice of BTM’s signature mussels and fries, which includes BTM’s Valentine’s Special Recipe - Au Champagne with Champagne, Butter, Parsley and Onion.
Finish your meal with something naughtily indulgent- our Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Mango Curd!
