An Explosion of Joy at Moonbow! It’s a colourful affair at Dempsey when Chef Heman Tan is on board, with a beautiful, delicious set dinner menu for you to celebrate Christmas with!



For two days only, choose between a four-course or five-course meal, meant to showcase the best of what Chef Tan has to offer during this season. Start with the Oocytes Beef Bone Marrow & Turkey Roll, which includes baked herb bone marrow, roasted turkey roll, Chef Tan’s specialty champagne-infused truffle confit, homemade sourdough. Diners will always feel comforted with the Cream of Parsnip, a soup that includes parsnip crisp, crispy parma ham, and basil pearls.



Mains are, of course, filling, such as the Christmas Roasted Quail Oven Roasted Honey Glazed Quail (filled with chestnuts, pine nuts, kale, potato gratin, peppery cranberry glace, and port wine sauce) or the  Earl Grey Smoke King Salmon  (which has Velouté de Champignons, Ikura roe, arborio truffle rice, forest mushroom.) End off the night with Chestnut Mont Blanc, which comes in flavours like Chestnut Cream, Eton Mess, Pear Sorbet, Chestnut, Gold Lustre.
