Chef Julian Royer Brings New Restaurant to the Dempsey Area!
Claudine, the latest highly-anticipated new restaurant by Julien Royer and The Lo & Behold Group, and opened this week.
Housed in a 1930s-era chapel that’s located in the lush surrounds of the Dempsey area, Claudine is a neighbourhood French restaurant that acknowledges guests’ desire to revisit simple joys, and the ease and comfort of authentic human connection around the table.
Named after Chef Royer’s grandmother, the restaurant happens to be Royer’s second restaurant in Singapore — and his third in the region. It’s a restaurant that reflects what Chef Royer believes a French restaurant should be in the present day.
