Riches And Wonders Ginseng Event at béni and the World Gourmet Summit!
Health is wealth, we can all agree on this. And any herb or ingredient that can help to enhance that is always a benefit. With that in mind, béni, in conjunction with the World Gourmet Summit, Spirits Castle, Two Oceans Wisconsin Ginseng and American Ginseng, is releasing a degustation menu meant to highlight the beauty of ginseng and the flavours it brings into the food dishes it offers.
Called the, “Riches and Wonders Degustation Menu,” this menu, curated by Executive Chef of béni, Kenji Yamanaka, is filled with flavours showcasing the beauty and delicate taste of the root. It’s all done in the signature style of Chef Yamanaka, where the dishes are created with the very precise, very exact aesthetic that he wields on his food: cuisine that is French in its sensibilities with a strong Japanese treatment and style.
What’s more? béni pairs dishes from this menu with cognac as expertly tasted and suggested by the team at Spirits Castle, the local whiskey and spirits distributor run by fans of hard spirits.
