Botanicals and Sweet Tweets at Andaz Singapore!
All-day dining restaurant Alley on 25 of Andaz Singapore is presenting a Botanicals Afternoon Tea experience from 13 September to 30 November 2021 in collaboration with local gelato boutique, Birds of Paradise.

Guests can enjoy botanical gelatos designed by Birds of Paradise, as well as free-flow beverages for the best of mid-day indulgence, alongside savoury and sweet tea favourites.
 
Enjoy dishes such as the Andaz Singapore's Tom Kha (lemongrass, chili, galangal and kaffir lime, simmered together with fish stock, locally farmed barramundi, coconut cream, and Thai fish sauce), Spiced Chicken Pani Puri, (marinated chicken thigh grilled over charcoal, basted at intervals with curry leaf-infused oil for maximum flavour, diced and packed into a deep-fried golden pan puri for a crunchy exterior, served with mint yoghurt dressing, lime, red onion and coriander complete the delight). Other tantalising treats include Seared Tiger Prawns, Crab Tartlet and Pumpkin Hummus with Pita.
 
Pastry Chef Fiona Ting will also be offering sweet treats like warm-from-the-oven Golden Raisin Scones with Sakura-infused strawberry jam or clotted cream, and Acai Coconut Tartlet, with Valrhona Strawberry Inspiration chocolate. 
 
End off a perfect afternoon with one of two Birds of Paradise cult favourites, the Pandan Gelato or Strawberry Basil Gelato. The former is naturally flavoured with pandan leaves, and finished to perfection with in-house roasted coconut crumble, while the latter is a refreshing, fruity palate cleanser with a botanical kick. 
 
The Botanicals Afternoon Tea at Alley on 25 is available daily from 3:00PM to 5:00PM, from 13 September to 30 November 2021, and is priced at SGD 48* per person.
