S'Mao Opening Under Kitch, Les Amis Group's Cloud Kitchen Concept Les Amis Group’s first cloud-kitchen concept is now excited to have S’Mao Barbecue join their brand of delivery food concepts! Focusing on Texas-style BBQ concept, S’Mao brings a taste of authentic American barbecue back to Singapore, a delicious, smoky meat platter perfect for  socialising n the comfort of your own home, bringing friends together.

S’Mao  (an abbreviation of ‘Smoky Mao’ ,a nickname Chef Chia Jue Mao  had picked up for his love of smoking techniques) , is inspired by Chef Mao’s time in Austin, Texas, and North Carolina and adopts the time-honoured traditions of low and slow smoking techniques with an honest approach.  Lightly seasoned and meticulously smoked over a hardwood fire, the resulting meat is tender, succulent, and  rich in smokiness, packing complex depths of flavour.

The menu includes three brand new mouthwatering sandwiches to enjoy, like Pulled Pork / Cajun-style Andouille Sausage / Dalmatian Belly. The meats are placed between two slices of buttery brioche, paired with fresh house-made mixed pickles, fresh herbs, and a choice of between Pomegranate BBQ or Carolina Gold sauce.    Other meats include the Honeyed Pork Belly, using Duroc belly smoked for three to four hours and confit in honey butter till tender; Pork Ribs; House-made Cajun-style Andouille Sausage (expertly bound with a mix of Cajun spices and fresh pork shoulder.)
