Anti:dote, of Fairmont Singapore, offers a progressive selection of non-conventional concoctions cleverly disguised as ‘cure-alls’, concocted by Head Mixologist, Anton Gornev. In lieu of Phase 2 Heightened Alert, Anti:dote has introduced eight bottled cocktails, in collaboration with William Grant & Sons and Bacardi-Martini.
Highlights include some of Mr Gornev’s favourites like the Apple of My Pie (whiskey-based cocktail with an umami taste and notes of apple and caramel) and Savile Row Negroni (bittersweet, smoky and spiced that marries gin and vermouth, infused with beef jerky.)
The cocktails are available in 200ml or 500ml with varying shelf lives of up to 12 months, the bottled cocktails are best served well-chilled, neat or on the rocks.
Orders can be placed via Fairmont at Home
or collected from Prego’s takeaway counter.

The Butterfly T-Fect is dedicated to our transgender community, with flavours like Pink Grapefruit, Coconut Water and Lime juice, also in a Haku Vodka base.
10% of all proceeds of the Pride Edition Cocktails will be donated to TransBefrienders, an organisation that provides peer support services for Transgender youths in Singapore.

for takeaway and delivery, with specials for each night of the week including in-venue favourites such as the Wednesday Oysters & Champagne package (S$176 for a dozen oysters and two bottles of “R” de Ruinart Champagne) for a mid-week treat and the Friday Gin & Tonic and Seafood set to kick off the weekend ($138 for a seafood platter, three gin selections and six bottles of London Essence tonic water).
