Brunch Weekend At Moonbow! Brunch at MOONBOW is set to be a relaxing and indulgent affair. Since opening in Dempsey Hill in December 2020, MOONBOW has captured the hearts of many with its enthralling interiors of champagne and blush tones, and a stimulating menu of modern European plates with an Asian influence. Now, Chef Heman Tan has introduced an all-new Weekend Brunch and Roast menus!

Picture spending an early weekend afternoon in the tranquil hideout of Dempsey Hill, dining within the restaurant's tasteful and spacious interior, or at the charming patio that overlooks an expansive field. Brunch at MOONBOW is set to be a relaxing and indulgent affair.


Whether you are taking your parents out for a meal or catching up with friends, these new brunch highlights will appeal to their palates. Heman's Orzo Nasi Lemak ($29++) is Chef Heman's twist on the local favourite, which uses a coconut creamy orzo in place of rice. The dish is served with crispy chicken wing, salmon fish fillet, luncheon meat fries, a sunny-side up egg, spiced nuts, and a lip-smacking homemade sambal chilli. Those who prefer brunch classics can opt for The Big English Breakfast ($29++), loaded with a choice of egg, crispy bacon, snail sausage, grilled tomato, potato popcorn, sautéed mushrooms and house made sourdough as well as the Moonbow Hen's Egg Benedict ($25++), where avocado gratin, poached egg, bacon, and smoked salmon is served atop butter brioche, and complemented with a burnt citrus hollandaise sauce.


In addition to the new brunch items, MOONBOW introduces an all-new Weekend Roast menu featuring a selection of meats that are perfect for individual enjoyment or sharing. Try Heman’s BBQ Iberico Prime Ribs ($78++), a dish that serves two and features fork tender BBQ Iberico prime ribs with roasted potatoes and waldorf salad; or the NZ Grass-Fed Baby Rack of Lamb ($58++) with roasted “Pure South” baby lamb rack, roasted potatoes and waldorf salad. Seafood lovers can opt for the Ocean Barramundi ($38++) with pan-roasted barramundi, tobiko, roasted potatoes, sautéed farm vegetable, and lemon cream velouté. There's also the Roasted Cornish Hens ($38++), which features half-roasted Cornish hens,  Asian spices, and roasted potatoes.
