Chef Kenny Huang, who runs the Italian kitchen as the head chef, is the restaurant's first non-Italian chef leading the kitchen. WIth a passion for cooking that started in his youth, the young chef relocated to northern Italy, city of Turin, capital of Piedmont to hone his skills in creating the best cuisine of Italy, with various stints in elite establishments, which allowed him to study traditional Italian cooking techniques while developing his creativity creating dishes that are extraordinary with simple ingredients.
Now, in his new role as the lead of Grissini, his newly created menu is something to be inspired by. Take his Gambero di Mazara, Italian red prawn paired visually with squid ink cracker, which is a great refreshing start to the degustation menu. Another dish to look out for? Polpo, which encompasses the best of a beautifully cocoked octopus that is delicate yet beautifully cooked.
