Grand Hyatt Singapore Opens Grand Marketplace, A One-Stop Shop for Discerning Foodies at Affordable Trade Prices Restaurant-quality ingredients for your home cooking may seem like a pipe dream for affordability, but that is exactly what the Grand Marketplace by Grand Hyatt Singapore plants to do. An idea birthed by Chef Lucas Glanville, the hotel’s Director of Culinary Operations, the shop is a one-stop online grocery shop that provides access to sustainably-sourced ingredients created by some of the best farmers and gourmet producers in the world at affordable trade prices.  From nose to tail, from root to tip, customers can now shop the same sustainable produce that is served at the famed restaurants of Grand Hyatt Singapore at the Grand Marketplace online at unbeatable trade prices. 

Guests can expect produce like organic vegetables from Weeds and More, free-range lamb from Roaring Forties, certified-sustainable barramundi fish from Kühlbarra, and more. Through thorough market observation, the hotel’s culinary team noticed an opportunity in the market for fresh, high-quality and ethically driven produce that is offered at affordable prices.  As the hotel purchases its ingredients in bulk directly from farmers and producers, Grant Hyatt Singapore is in a privileged position to pay it forward and extend these savings onto its consumers; allowing everyone easy and affordable access to high-quality and fresh produce.

The Grand Marketplace has three limited edition bundles available for home cooks to stock up on assembled by the Grand Hyatt Singapore culinary team:

• Oasis Bundle (SGD $160)
Brilliantly paired with freshly made barbecue and Thai chilli sauce, this bundle includes a lamb rack from Roaring Forties (900g), prime rib beef from Yulgilbar (1kg), pork chorizo (1kg) and Spencer Gulf King prawns (1kg). 

• mezza9 Bundle (SGD $150)
With good quality meats being the core of a good roast, this bundle includes a barramundi from Kühlbarra (1kg), lamb leg from Roaring Forties (2.5kg) and a beef strip loin from Yulgilbar(1kg) along with mezza9’s dry rub seasoning and remoulade sauce.

• Organic Vegetable Bundle (1kg - SGD $15, 2kg - SGD $30)
A mixed bundle of organic vegetables that comes in one or two kilograms. These packages contain a seasonal mixed of vegetables grown in an organic and ethically-driven farm located in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, by Weeds and More.

All bundles and other products can be purchased individually online from the Grand Marketplace tab of the online store, and are available for self-collection or drive-through pick-up at Grand Hyatt Singapore.
