Holy Crab! A Four Hands Menu with The Quarters with the World Gourmet Summit!
A forerunner of Singapore’s much loved Private Dining Scene, HolyCrab originally offered the unique experience of dining in Chef Elton Seah’s abode, more than a decade ago back in 2009. And how better to get guests’ hands off their phones? Keep their hands busy savouring some awesome Crabs! And that was how HolyCrab was borne, a lovechild of Chef Seah’s passion for both eating and cooking!
In 2017, Chef Seah decided to pull out all stops to take on the unchartered waters and challenges of opening a brick and mortar shop, and the rest is history!
Now, HolyCrab, a part of the World Gourmet Summit's Partner Restaurants, is showcasing a four hands menu with The Quarters, showcasing Singapore's best casual Modern Singapore dining experience in Singapore. WIth Chef Deming Chung, Chef Seah will be creating a menu that showcases Singapore's local heritage. Called 'Our Singapore Story', the menu includes dishes like Crab on Golden Sand (Sawagani crabs on a bed of salted egg corn), and Cow Beh Cow Bu (spiced short rib with grilled zucchini),
The restaurant menu will run for the promotional period of 7th April - end of April with possibility of an extension, and priced at $88++, for both lunch and dinner. |
