From 12 April to 12 May 2021, dine on over 100 dishes a la carte buffet style as the chefs at Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts whip up local crowd-pleasers to tantalise tastebuds this Ramadan!
Taste such dishes like the Nasi Ambeng (Beef rendang, deep-fried tumeric chicken, begedil, chilli ikan cantik, sambal goreng and butterfly pea rice) and Lobster Mee Soto (lobster served with yellow noodles in turmeric chicken broth and begedil), as well as local hot favourites like the Singapore Rojak, Gado Gado, Traditional Chicken and Mutton Satay and Traditional Nonya Kuehs.
End off the gastronomic journey with creative desserts. Look forward to Chendol Delice, Durian Chocolate Fudge, Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée, Ondeh Ondeh Chocolate Pralines and Durian Pengat.
